COROMANDEL INTERNATIONAL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/01/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024. We further wish to inform that the Board will also consider payment of Interim Dividend for the FY 2024-25 at the above mentioned meeting.
