Board of CRISIL recommends Second Interim Dividend

CRISIL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 July 2025, has recommended a Second Interim Dividend of Rs.9 per share (i.e.900%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
