Cropster Agro allots 30 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Cropster Agro has allotted 30,00,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 13 September 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 28,00,00,000/- consisting of 2,80,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
