Board of Dalmia Bharat recommends Interim Dividend

Dalmia Bharat announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 October 2024, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.4 per share (i.e.200%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
