To approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Cash Flow Statement and Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 and 2. Pursuant to the above and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives / dependents from 1st July 2024 and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 as has already been intimated to the stock exchange.
