DCB Bank allots 2.03 lakh equity shares under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 2,03,300 equity shares under ESOP on 27 August 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 31,34,43,355 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
