DCB Bank allots Equity shares

DCB Bank has issued and allotted 47,819 equity shares of Rs.10/- each today i.e. on June 16,2025 to the employees of the Bank, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank.
