Delhivery allots 2.22 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Delhivery has allotted 2,22,824 equity shares under ESOP on 07 August 2024. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 73,91,99,547/- to Rs. 73,94,22,371/-.
