Delhivery allots 8.22 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Delhivery has allotted 8,22,310 equity shares under ESOP on 11 February 2025. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 74,35,79,683/- to Rs. 74,44,01,993/-.
