Board of Dhanuka Agritech approves buyback of Rs 100 cr

The Board of Dhanuka Agritech at its meeting held on 02 August 2024 has approved buyback of up to 5,00,000 fully paid up equity shares at a price of Rs 2,000 per equity share for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 100 crore.
