Board of DJ Mediaprint & Logistics recommends Final Dividend

DJ Mediaprint & Logistics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 June 2025, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.0.1 per share (i.e.1%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
