Board of DMR Hydroengineering &Infrastrutures recommends final dividend

DMR Hydroengineering &Infrastrutures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 August 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.12 per equity Share (i.e. 1.2%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
