Dreamfolks Services allots 48,650 equity shares under ESOP

Dreamfolks Services has allotted 48,650 equity shares under ESOP on 08 August 2024. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 5,30,74,562 equity shares of face value of Rs 2/- each.
