The Un-audited Financial results of the company along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on June 30 2024. 2. To discuss the ongoing business propositions or any other business with the permission of chair and with the consent of majority of directors present in the meeting. Further in accordance with our communication dated June 26 2024 concerning intimation of closure of trading window the trading window shall remain closed from 1st July 2024 till 48 hours of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2024 for all designated persons or class of designated persons immediate relative and all concerned person covered under the code of conduct of prevention of Insider Trading and shall re-open on Monday 19th August 2023.
