Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their relatives has been already closed from January 01 2025 as communicated earlier vide our letter No. EPL/CS/SE/0033/2024 dated December 18 2024 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results i.e. till February 08 2025 in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of insider trading in the securities of the Company framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended.
