Epack Durable allots 1.69 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Epack Durable has allotted 1,69,038 equity shares under ESOP on 23 August 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 95,96,77,290 comprising of 9,59,67,729 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
