Equitas Small Finance Bank allots 73,704 equity shares under ESOP

Equitas Small Finance Bank has allotted 73,704 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, to the option grantees who have exercised their options granted under the ESOP Scheme.

The paid-up share capital of the Bank accordingly increases from Rs.11,40,22,86,430/- to Rs.11,40,30,23,470/-
