Equitas Small Finance Bank grants stock options

Equitas Small Finance Bank has approved grant of 77,97,930 stock options to the eligible employees at an exercise price of Rs. 67.51/- per share. The grant shall be governed by the terms and conditions of ESFB Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2019.
