Zomato allots 38.72 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Zomato has allotted 38,72,814 equity shares having a face value of Re. 1 each pursuant to exercise of options granted and vested under Zomato Employee Stock Option Plan. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 8,83,43,75,172 equity shares of Re 1 each.
