Exide Industries further invests Rs 74.99 cr in Exide Energy Solutions

Exide Industries has further invested Rs 74.99 crore in wholly owned subsidiary, Exide Energy Solutions (EESL) through rights issue. With this investment, the company's investment in EESL stands at Rs 2,652.24 crore.
