Board of Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms recommends 1st interim dividend

Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 May 2025, inter alia, have recommended the 1st interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
