Fedders Electric And Engineering Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the said Regulations) this is to inform you that as required under Regulation 33 read in conjunction with Regulation 52 of the said Regulations Notice is hereby given that meeting of Board of directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday 12th August 2024 at the Registered office of the Company at 6 and 6/1 UPSIDC Industrial Area Sikandrabad Bulandshahr UP-203205 inter alia to consider & approve unaudited financial results for the First quarter ended 30th June 2024. Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders the Trading window for the dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed till the 48 hours of the declaration/publication of results.
