Filatex India announced the cessation of Swarup Chandra Parija (DIN: 00363608), Suraj Parkash Setia (DIN: 00255049) and Pallavi Joshi Bakhru (DIN: 0l52668) as Independent Directors of the Company with effect from 27 September 2024 on completion of their second and final term.
