Board of Finolex Industries recommends special dividend

Finolex Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2025, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 1.6 per equity Share (i.e. 80%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
