Board of Five-Star Business Finance approves NCD issuance of up to Rs 4,000 cr

The Board of Five-Star Business Finance at its meeting held on 17 March 2025 has inter-alia considered and approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating upto Rs 4000 crore through private placement, in one or more tranches and/or series from time to time.
