Board of Focus Lighting & Fixtures recommends Final Dividend

Focus Lighting & Fixtures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 August 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.0.50 per share (i.e.25%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
