Further the Company confirms that as per Clause V of the Companys Internal Code of Conduct the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the designated persons covered under the said code of the Company from Friday 08th November 2024 to Thursday 14th November 2024 (both days inclusive).
