Foseco India fixes record date for final dividend

Foseco India has fixed 14 May 2025 as record date for determining the entitlement of the members to the payment of final dividend, if declared at the AGM. The final dividend, if declared at the AGM, shall be paid/credited on or before 19 June 2025.
