To discuss consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30 2024. 2. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair. Further in continuation of our intimation dated June 27 2024 and pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct formed under the SEBI (PIT ) Regulations 2015 and amendments thereunder the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from July 01 2024 and it shall remain closed until forty-eight hours after the date of declaration of results for the Quarter ended June 30 2024.
