Ganesha Ecosphere allots 13.39 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Ganesha Ecosphere has allotted 13,39,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 17 July 2025. Post the allotment of equity shares, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 2,67,95,984 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
