Board of Godawari Power & Ispat recommends special dividend

Godawari Power & Ispat announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 August 2024, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 1.25 per equity Share (i.e. 25%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
