Board of Godrej Agrovet approves acquisition of balance stake in Creamline Dairy Products

The Board of Godrej Agrovet at its meeting held on 11 March 2025 has approved the acquisition of balance 48.06% equity stake in Creamline Dairy Products (CDPL), making CDPL a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, upon completion of the said acquisition.
