Godrej Properties has allotted 1,379 equity shares under ESGS. Consequently, with effect from 06 March 2025, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rss.1,50,59,24,390 consisting of 30,11,84,878 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
