Gokaldas Exports has allotted 1,30,750 equity shares under ESOP. Consequently, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 36,54,88,140 divided into 7,30,97,628 equity shares of Rs.5/- each to Rs. 36,61,41,890 divided into 7,32,28,378 equity shares of Rs.5/- each.
