Board of Gothi Plascon (India) recommends Interim Dividend

Gothi Plascon (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 January 2025, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.2 per share (i.e.20%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
