Board of Great Eastern Shipping Company approves liquidation of Great Eastern Services
The Board of Great Eastern Shipping Company at its meeting held on 07 March 2025 have approved voluntary striking off/ liquidation of 'Great Eastern Services', a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (GESL).
GESL was incorporated on June 23, 2020. It has not commenced business operations since incorporation.
