Greaves Cotton allots Equity Shares

Greaves Cotton has approved allotment to the option grantee of 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, pursuant to exercise of 10,000 Stock Options at an exercise price of Rs. 2/- each amounting to Rs. 20,000/- under Greaves Cotton ' Employee Stock Option Plan 2020.
