GREENPLY INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024. This is to inform that, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations) and Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed with effect from 1st January, 2025 and will be reopened on 8th February, 2025 after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on 6th February, 2025.
