Greenply Industries allots Equity shares

Greenply Industries has allotted 4,500 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each to the eligible employees of the Company, who have submitted their exercise forms in accordance with Greenply Employee Stock Option Plan 2020 (ESOP 2020 / Plan).
