Board of Grindwell Norton approves purchase of land at Halol, Gujarat

The Board of Grindwell Norton at its meeting held on 25 July 2025 has approved purchase of land of value not exceeding Rs 18 crore situated in Halol, Gujarat, on a freehold basis to support the Company's future business operation.
