Grovy India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/10/2024 inter alia to consider and approve the allotment of Bonus equity shares having face value of Re. 10/- (Rupee Ten Only) each in the proportion of 3:1 i.e. 3 (Three) new fully paid-up Bonus equity shares for every 1 (One) existing equity shares held by the Shareholders of the Company as on the Record Date determined by the Board (i.e. 23rd October 2024)
