Board of Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals approves change in CFO

The Board of Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals at its meeting held on 08 August 2024 has approved the appointment of Shailesh Damani, General Manager (Finance), as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 8 August 2024 vice Ram Gianani, Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
