Harish Textile Engineers Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 13-08-2024 at the registered office of the Company inter-alia to transact the following business: 1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended on 30-06-2024. 2. To consider and note the Limited Review Report of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30-06-2024 issued by the Auditors of the Company. 3. Any other matter if required with the permission of the chairman. Further in continuation of our letter dated 27-06-2024 and in terms of the HTEL Code of Business Conduct and Code to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Person the trading window for insiders which is already closed w.e.f. 01-07-2024 shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the dissemination of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company (both days inclusive) for the quarter ended on 30-06-2024.
