HDFC Asset Management Company has allotted 27,090 equity shares under ESOS on 12 March 2025. Post the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company is Rs. 1,06,89,65,430/- consisting 21,37,93,086 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
