HDFC Life Insurance Company has allotted 7,34,302 equity shares under ESOS. Post the above allotment, paid']up equity share capital of the Company stood at Rs 21,52,22,12,070 comprising of 2,15,22,21,207 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
