HDFC Life Insurance Company allots 94,900 equity shares under ESOS

HDFC Life Insurance Company has allotted 94,900 equity shares under ESOS on 21 March 2025. Post the above allotment, paid']up equity share capital of the Company stood at ₹ 21,52,98,81,870 comprising of 2,15,29,88,187 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
