Hexaware Technologies completes acquisition of SMC

Hexaware Technologies along with its wholly owned subsidiary, has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in the target Entities (SMC Squared, LLC, Tech SMC Square India, Tech SMCSquared (GCC) India), in accordance with the definitive agreements.
