Board of Himadri Speciality Chemical recommends Final Dividend

Himadri Speciality Chemical announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 April 2025, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.0.60 per share (i.e.60%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
