Home First Finance Company India has allotted 65,058 equity shares under ESOP on 24 October 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 17,84,72,664 consisting of 8,92,36,332 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each.
