Board of Honda India Power Products recommends special dividend

Honda India Power Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 February 2025, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 10 per equity Share (i.e. 100%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
